Maricopa County Election Department's Assistance Program strives to ensure equal access to the electoral process for all citizens and to provide the assistance some voters may require based on physical or mental abilities, mobility concerns, or language skill sets.

From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday this service is available to assist the deaf public:
  • Register to vote
  • Request an early ballot to be mailed to them
  • Answer questions on the electoral process
  • Clarify the new ID requirements for voting at the polls, to name just a few applications
During the Early Voting Period voters will also have access during our extended business hours.
