Exeptions
The following agencies and/or documents are exempt from recording fees:
Child Support Enforcement Administration per ARS 12-2455.B.
·Any County Agency or Department per ARS 11-475.F.
·Racketeering Liens per ARS 13-2314.02.
·Restitution Liens per ARS 13-806.
·Re-recording due to a County Recorder's error.
*If you are purchasing the CD every 5th and 20th of the month, it will be a monthly charge of $500.00 and the CD will be released and distributed every 5th and 20th of the month. Reminder, you can only purchase this CD if you are a customer who purchases the Master CD daily.
