The request period to have an early ballot mailed for the November 8th General Election ended October 28, 2016 at 5pm. Ballots must be received by the Recorder's Office no later than 7pm on Election Day and postmarks do not count. THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES SPECIFIES FIRST-CLASS MAIL WILL ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION 3-5 DAYS AFTER IT IS SENT. Voters can drop off their early voting ballot on Election Day at any polling place within Maricopa County or at several drop-off locations throughout the County.
