Poll Worker Recruitment & Training

The Maricopa County Elections Department’s partnership with community volunteers is vital to ensuring the efficacy of our elections. In our voting locations, Poll Workers serve as the face of the Department, providing best in class customer service. We are committed to supporting our poll workers with the training and resources they need to be successful in serving Maricopa County voters.

Training Manuals

More than half of Maricopa County voters have an election in November 2021. From school district bonds and overrides to city measures, 25 Maricopa County jurisdictions are participating in the November 2, 2021 election. State law allows jurisdictions to hold ballot-by-mail elections. All eligible voters will receive a ballot in the mail even if they are not signed up to receive a ballot in the mail. Online Training

All Poll Workers must complete an online training course. This course must be accessed through TheHUB Learning Center. For help accessing the online training, send an email to: [email protected].

Más de la mitad de los votantes del Condado Maricopa tienen una elección en noviembre del 2021.
