Poll Worker Recruitment & Training

The Maricopa County Elections Department’s partnership with community volunteers is vital to ensuring the efficacy of our elections. In our voting locations, Poll Workers serve as the face of the Department, providing best in class customer service. We are committed to supporting our poll workers with the training and resources they need to be successful in serving Maricopa County voters.

Training Manuals

The City of Goodyear is holding an all mail special election with 10 propositions on the ballot. State law allows jurisdictions to hold all mail elections. All eligible voters in the city will receive a ballot in the mail even if they are not on the Permanent Early Voter List. Learn more at Calendar.Maricopa.Vote. Find drop box and voting location information at Locations.Maricopa.Vote. Election Day is Tuesday, March 9.

Online Training

All Poll Workers must complete an online training course. This course must be accessed through TheHUB Learning Center. For help accessing the online training, send an email to: [email protected].
