Poll Worker Recruitment & Training

The Maricopa County Elections Department’s partnership with community volunteers is vital to ensuring the efficacy of our elections. In our voting locations, Poll Workers serve as the face of the Department, providing best in class customer service. We are committed to supporting our poll workers with the training and resources they need to be successful in serving Maricopa County voters.

Training Manuals

Maricopa County is moving to an all Vote Center model for the August Primary Election. Poll workers can access the training manual, customized for this election below. Please contact [email protected] with questions. If you are a troubleshooter, please contact [email protected] for information about your election materials.

Online Training

All Poll Workers must complete an online training course. This course must be accessed through TheHUB Learning Center. For help accessing the online training, send an email to: [email protected].
