PHOENIX -- Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer is proud to unveil the latest, new recording kiosk.

Our office records hundreds of thousands of documents each year, including more than 660,000 documents in 2023.

Now, East Valley residents needing to record a document, but still wanting to utilize Recorder's Office staff close to home, can do so at the Southeast Regional Library in Gilbert.

"My team is proud to offer Maricopa County residents and property owners these new recording kiosks," Recorder Richer said. "These kiosks are designed to boost convenience without sacrificing our exceptional service to help us meet residents where they're at. We're also incredibly grateful for our partnership with Maricopa County Library District for their help in bringing this service to life."

Recording kiosks utilize a video component that directly connects you to a live member of our Recording team to walk you through the process step by step.

Maricopa County residents and property owners can utilize these full-service kiosks to record documents such as deeds for a new property, medical liens, and even death certificates.

These kiosks are a new tool for constituents to utilize, in addition to the option to record documents by mail or by driving to our office in downtown Phoenix.

The Southeast Regional Library recording kiosk is the second kiosk to open this summer. Recorder Richer hosted a grand opening for the first kiosk in May at the Sun City Library in the West Valley.

Recorder Richer intends to open another kiosk in Goodyear later this year.

You can find our latest kiosk at the Southeast Regional Library at 775 N Greenfield Road, Gilbert, AZ 85234 Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
