The Maricopa County Recorder utilizes full text retrieval to offer a more robust way to search our records. Currently, this search will allow you to pull data for the last two years. You can search by entering a name, legal description, or address to locate associated documents. We continue to add more data each day.
Here are some ways to search:
- John Smith
- John Smith and Mary Smith
- John Smith + Bank Of America
- “John Smith”
- Option 1 brings back anything with the name John Smith so it can bring back John Smith Jr.
- Option 2 and 3 work the same.
- Option 4 brings back everything with only John Smith in the name.
