Maricopa County Board of Supervisor’s IT Failure Prevents Document Recordation for Homebuyers and Others

PHOENIX, AZ – A technical issue affecting the Maricopa County server infrastructure over the weekend prevented the Recorder’s Office from receiving electronic document submissions for processing on Monday. That infrastructure is currently under the control of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

This disruption highlights the need for the Recorder’s Office to regain control of the recordation server infrastructure to ensure reliable operations and meet its statutory obligations.

Thanks to the efforts of the Recorder’s Office staff, the issue has been resolved, and documents are being processed.
